What are your fav. bands, groups, etc.

I would have to say either Creed, or Orgy.

The next time I have meat and mashed potatoes, I think I'll put a very large blob of potatoes on my plate with just a little piece of meat. And if someone asks me why i didn't get more meat, ill just say, "Oh, you mean this?" and pull out a big piece of meat from inside the blob of potatoes, where ive hidden it. Good magic trick, huh?

    Modest Mouse -or-
    the Cocteau Twins -or-
(an oldy) My Bloody Valentine -or-
    (a Charleston band) the Belltower.

Although my favorites of all time have to be the bands that I can keep listening to after a decade or so, like (old) Prince or the Smiths.

Metallica, when you absolutely, positively must thrash immediately... accept no substitutes. [IMG]

    Damn, fadeaway...

I was going to list The Cult. They're timeless. That goes along with the first half of Smashing Pumpkins' career, Zeppelin, The Who, Rolling Stones, then Metallica.

Best lead singers- the guy from the chili peppers, Bono, sting, springsteen, and honorable mention-lead from incubus

i dont really listen to as much rock as i used to. IMO rap has the best beat.

Brecker is great. I loved his horn stuff on Heavy Metal Be Bop - an album with Terry Bozzio and others from the early 80's.

    That album is phenominal.

You ever heard "Live In Spain"? It's available only on video, but one of my friends hooked up his VCR to a computer and burned it onto CD. Randy and Micahel Brecker and Dennis Chambers. Don't quote me, but I think Scofield was the guitar player too. Can't remember keyboard or bass.
