I find it funny that DaDa got so defensive about a post by a guy who opened with the sentence "I'm not saying DaDa is like this or anything..."
Hey DD, like I said, I was not saying you specifically or the league you are in. I have sat through a lot of little league and youth sports though, and I stand by my observations. The fact that there is that sort of structure for five year olds was merely a reminder for me. I wasn't commenting on you personally.

I spent Fathers Day with my Mom, who was spending her first Father's Day without her Dad. It was also Father's Day last year when I talked to My Grandpa last before he passed away. I don't call any man Dad, so its never meant much for me.
I look forward to that. Some years Father's Day, My Anniversary and My Birthday will all fall on the same day.
I can't believe what I just read. Any American defending this stance is simply baffling. This youtube video suggests that a large % of children under the age of 20 in France are Muslims. Also, it states that by 2027, "1 in 5 Frenchman will be Muslim". Im not sure how accurate this is but it also says that "in 39 years, France will be an Islamic Republic". Link for Video
My son was born at 4pm on Friday afternoon so Sunday was my very first Fathers Day sitting in a hospital room with my boy and my wife! Never going to top this Father's Day gift.
