I was going to call him the Mack Brown of professional football but Reeves has won conference championships.
Reeves is not as good a coach as folks seem to think he was. His record is rather mediocre and his offensive and defensive schemes were pathetic. The thing that sealed the deal with me for him to get the boot was during the game with Carolina. Down 22-0, rather than go for a touchdown on fourth down, he prefered to kick the field goal to keep it from being a shutout. Wow, what a winner. He only had two winning seasons there and I think the run to the Super Bowl gave him some years at the helm he didn't deserve.
