Ha, me too. I just like dressing good though. Jeans for me are usually the most boring thing ever. A few stripes never hurt anyone.

And I don't believe anyone would really rather go pay pennies at Goodwill when they could instead get what they pay for and buy the faded Gap jeans instead. Sounds like something my mom would say. It just depends on personal taste I guess. Looking good is a priority that falls higher on some lists.

btw is there a way to shrink a t-shirt a couple of sizes... one small drawback of losing a chunk of weight

Well, the thing is, they don't look good. They look freaking stupid. Whenever you walk by, most people are thinking to themselves, "Man, those jeans look ridiculous."

    fadeaway,
admit it: your handle comes from your true love of faded jeans.

There's no way to make an argument about something as subjective as fashion. Eh, to each their own.

Of course, we could do a psych experiment trying to find a correlation between certain fashion decisions and amount of times laid by beautiful women. :D

Beautiful or not, I refuse to sleep with any girl who wears those horrible pre-faded jeans. Somebody has to draw a line somewhere. ;)

B-Bob --- don't make me strangle you with my (natural, non-faded) Wranglers. :p

My man, are you trying to suggest that jeans with fake fade stripes help you score? Perhaps in New Jersey or Philadelphia, with the colossal hair crowd, but not elsewhere.

I don't mean to jack this thread, but I have a clothing concern of my own. Earlier I was searching for a Houston Rockets size small Nike t-shirt, you'd think it'd be simple enough but no. I've tried Rockets.com, Eastbay, Ebay, and of course searched for it. Went to academy, the selection was pathetic, more Texans gear. Don't want to sound too picky but I don't do Reebok or Medium, so if anyone has a tip where to buy it would be greatly appreciated.

And I'd rather not wear kids and I know of the swing man jersey but I'm not in the mood to buy one, spending that much and also those start at medium.
I seriously think this should be brought up w/ Tim, not everyone is a Medium or large and likes Reebok.

I'm not short or anything, just average height.

i've quit doing "pay mega bucks for old looking schit" for a while now. i just go to those resale shops on westheimer and buy stuff. i got this really cool t-shirt for two bucks over there not too long ago. cheap, stylin', and profilin'. :D

well... i had the black bart in laker duds t-shirt in elementary school. i have no idea what happened to it... otherwise i would wear it.

i'll take you up on your offer to nomar about the jeans with the holes, acid washed etc.

member's only jackets are welcome too. i'm serious when i say that they'll be back within the next two years or so.

b-bob, the fade stripe look is sooo februrary of 2003 that it's not even funny. ;)

    ooops... my bad. :D j/k
