The title makes sense as a cryptic Doc message. But to me that implies the Rockets are exploring options and haven't arrived at a decision. "Ming" doesn't make much sense to me.

 

Is Exhaling meaning relief like ahhh...yes, Ming is the answer. This just keeps getting more and more twisty turny everyday.
