If only Morey got Boston to pay his contract as well ... maybe we would've kept him.

Apparently, we got him as a throw-in on the Courtney Lee trade and cut him shortly thereafter. I also had no idea we ever had him, or indeed that he was ever alive.

Watched him last year and in the preseason. He's basically a rookie year/2nd year Toney Douglas. He can't really penetrate or pass. He dribbles around mostly to look for his own jumpshot. Not sure about his defense.

 

He's good. Better than Toney Douglas.
