I just got my house re-financed for debt consolidation, etc. and I have some money left to get some much-needed repairs done to the house. I'm looking to get bids on several things... 1. Small electrical work - repair in my kitchen, installing a 220 outlet for a dryer, replacing a couple of celing fans...that sort of thing. 2. Roofing - I need a new roof right down to the decking. 3. Paint/Siding repair - my house is an old wood siding house and it has a few rotting boards that need replacing as well as the whole thing re-painted. 4. Doors - I'm replacing the front and back doors of my house and hanging french doors inside. I need someone to install the doors I purchase. If anyone has suggestions, please let me know. Thanks!
C'mon. If you want somthing done right, you need to do it yourself. These sound like simple enough jobs.
He's clearly still in the post relationship phase. When you start to build the 4 tier deck for your new barn you're ready for stripper phase, which I might add, is when all the the new reinforced tabletops will come in quite handy.
