has anyone seen this??? they dont even have Houston as an option as where you would like him to play. espn sucks! </url>http://espn.go.com/<url> ------------------ [This message has been edited by Nutcracker (edited May 14, 2001).] [This message has been edited by Nutcracker (edited May 14, 2001).]
Detroit, New York, Orlando, Sacramento and Washington. Not important mind you, but hilarious just the same. ------------------ NOTHING BUT .NET CLUTCHCITY.NET
Its pretty sad. Sometimes I think the conspiracy theory that the league shows no respect to Houston is a bit overboard ... but there is no doubt here. ------------------ Im too drunk to walk ... Im driving home!
Those f****** really despice me!! ------------------ Rudy T. will find and fulfill Rockets destiny. [This message has been edited by KALIKULI (edited May 14, 2001).]
Did you guys hear what Rich Eisen just said after presenting the poll? "The folks in Houston are saying hey, we have the money to accomodate him without a sign and trade." "Tough luck." Sure makes sense to put Washington and Detroit there and not Houston. I think ESPN just likes to mess with Texas, because that's ridiculous. ------------------ The Protrolls.com message boards! Protrolls.com! Don't visit my site.
About the only thing that would be more ridiculous than not including Houston in that poll(Detroit, Orlando and Washinton? WTF!), would be running a series of polls about being "Clutch" and the only Rocket mentioned is Bryce Drew. But of course, ESPN wouldn't disrespect Clutch City like that, that would be stupid. Oh wait. http://espn.go.com/gen/s/clutch/1.html Stupid ****ers. ------------------ Charles Barkely on the Raptors defeating the Knicks in Round 1 :"I think it was the Lord. I would rather play for the Bulls than to play with the Wizards LOL ------------------ President of the Steve Francis, Jamal Crawford,Larry Hughes, and Charles Woodson fan club.
Ya know, I think ESPN does like to mess with us, because they KNOW it gets a response. Now, we all visited the site, and we're all complaining. Then they can turn it around as an insult to us -- "Look at those Texas hilbilly idiots. They're complaining AGAIN" -- and then we complain some more. ------------------ "Up and down, inside out, outside in, some you lose some you win" -- DMB -> "Sweet Up and Down"
It's all right, guys (and gals). ESPN hires only idiots and bungholes. No doubt they'll talk all sorts of smack when Webber signs here. But they'll be forced to show lots of Rockets highlights because we'll be one of the best teams in the league. Hell with'em. Jerkoff scumbags. ------------------
Dude Im getting sick and tired of ESPN's bullsh!t!!! I mean do they really have that many no-name wanna-be writers up there??? I swear they have no talent whatsoever. A high school yearbook staff could write better **** than them!!! ------------------ "We make more, but we spend more." Patrick Ewing
Vengeance is right, I think. They get a good response out of Houston everytime they screw us. That's why I make a point NEVER to visit their site anymore. I bet they'd notice if everyone in Houston stopped knocking on their website door... ------------------ "I didn't like jr. high when I was there. Why would I want to watch it on tv?" P. Let's not forget their poll a few months ago about the best big man ever to play B-ball and they didn't even include Dream. This ****'s f**king ridiculous! ------------------
Looking at www.bskball.com/Rumors.htm, man, that dude just doesn't get it. Doesn't get it at all. He still insists Webber will stay in Sacramento. He even quoted Jalen Rose from TNT's broadcast last night about Chris liking the situation in Sacramento. Give me a break. Jalen is a great friend. Of course he'll lie for his buddy. There's a link on bskball http://www.bergen.com/sports/knix15200105154.htm showing a story by a NY writer (of course) saying how Webber doesn't have close friends on the team like he does in Sprewell. Maybe, maybe. But this really downplays the friendship Steve and Cat have with Webber. At least the writer in today's NYTimes sports section says, "How many times do I have to say it? We're not gonna get Webber." So there's someone talking some sense. ------------------ [This message has been edited by ROXTXIA (edited May 15, 2001).]

When we land Webber ESPN will proably pick us to be a 8th seed next year. They have been drinking too much Haterade. ------------------ President of the Steve Francis, Jamal Crawford,Larry Hughes, and Charles Woodson fan club.
