Jon Barry and Eric Piatkowski are both free agents...they are both considered as shooting guards. The are both veterans.

Eric Piatkowski is a sharpshooter and can shoot.
While Jon Barry can also shoot...but can also pass and is an alert player...

So...which one would you want as a Rocket more?

ummm, I understand this poll, but wouldn't adding Eric and/or Jon seriously detract, dissuade, and discourage, your overarching dream for the rockets i.e. keeping Juaqin? :D

    Why of course not!

Juaquin is very loyal to the Rockets organization and I'm sure that everybody in the organization loves him! He is content and satisfied with making minimum wage! There's no reason they wouldn't keep Hawk! :)

Jon brings more to the table. Eric is Matt Bullard. Just get Bullard back, if you want him. Jon is closer to Elie.

Detroit and Barry say they will have a deal.

The Nebraska lad is fine, but he's more of a 'so what'.

Brent is signed, I believe, but if not, he's going nowhere.

Brent who plays for Seattle is a free agent in 04.

Jon who plays for Detroit is a free agent this year.

Give me Wesley Person over anyone. That boy can shoot lights out from the three point line.

I wonder what good is it having Eric or Jon if they can't guard anyone. Barry was a bench player in Boston,La,Sac and Det, but now all of sudden he's suppose to be a starter. I think a fluid offensive system would solve our offensive woes better.

Barry has actually been on some successful teams and could provide some leadership. Piatkowski has only beenon the Clippers, never a winner. Still could be a good gunner off the bench, but given the choise I'd take Barry.

    Uhh...Brent Barry I wish.

Cuttino Mobley and a 2nd Rounder for Brent Barry. ;)

    BUT NO.

I never said they are gonna be starters.

They would just be our free agent signings at the MLE. That's all the Rockets can afford.

They would be backups...for Posey or Mobley.

And yes...Wesley Person would be nice.

But yeah...I hope the Rockets sign a veteran shooter and they actually create an offensive system. Jesus!
