Assuming the DNC extended its voter file swap agreements with states and campaigns, then yes they'd have it. All voter ID data gathered from door knocks, phone banks, etc... is almost always shared nowadays. I remember that was a huge deal after 2010 when the DNC made the agreement with the states.

One thing that no one talks about (or even knows about) is how organized and cooperative the states and the DNC are now when it comes to voter targeting data. Because the DNC is now centrally storing and maintaining everything, it makes developing the types of targeting models and analytics that Obama used possible. And the beauty of these databases is that each year is another data set to stack onto existing data. In states like Virginia, they have awesome amounts of data for each voter.

The media talks about how far behind Republicans are on data but honestly they dont even scratch the surface. Aside from the lack of national cooperation among Republican parties and campaigns with the RNC, there's no talent out there to even manage and use that data. RNC targeting programs are pretty laughable. Karl Rove tried really hard after 2012 to duplicate the DNC program and failed miserably. The guy couldn't recruit programmers much less find people to use any data that was collected.

With that said, as rosy a picture as that is for the Democrats, field gets you 2-3 percentage points at best. And usually that's stretching it. But in races like McAullife's and Obama's, that's all you need.
