I am doing an english project over 1984. I was wondering if I could get some questions answered. The first one is about the face thats EVERYWHERE. I've seen it on stop signs, electrical boxes, mtv, and a bunch of other faces. It's a little black and white sticker of a face(kinda looks like chucky). Does anyone know what the story behind this is, or do you have a site about it? The second question concerns an article posted on here recently. I will look for it, but if someone could help me along I would appreciate it. It was about a town installing a bunch of surveillence cameras so they could watch almost anyone. Thanks for your help.

It's not really a sign of big brother. We just have to relate them, so were gonna make up some BS about how those stickers are everywhere, just like the posters of Big Brother in the book.
