Everyone knew at the time that Shved was a late 2nd round pick. He is nowhere near Egor's skillset but Shved was probably one of the first big guards to come out of Russia
Egor has a vastly superior court vision and is bigger. Other than that, I think Shved was better than Demin at almost everything. But of course, Shved was like 23 yrs old as a rookie. So it's not exactly a fair comparison.
