Effective dust blowers?

    I'm getting tired of the bull**** you've gotta put up with with compressed air cans and their bittering agents because morons "huff" them apparently.

    What can I use that's fairly cheap to blow dust, eraser shavings, dirt, etc off my desk and also just to blow dust out of computers and just blows out pure air. No chemicals.

    Something relatively small and under $50 would be outstanding.

    I used a leaf blower on my computer once, only took a one second shot to get every speck of dust out.
