    According to Insider:

    Eduardo Najera
    Warriors

    ?

Dec. 15 - Just 21 games into his Warriors' career, Najera is looking to play somewhere else.

The former Mavs' cleanup man told the Dallas Morning News that he's disappointed with his playing time new Warriors coach Mike Montgomery has allotted. He's backing up Mike Dunleavy at small forward. Najera is averaging 11.2 mpg through 19 appearances in the W's lineup. He averaged 23 mpg two years ago with the Mavs, who traded him to the Warriors in the five-player swap to land center Erick Dampier.

"Without a doubt, I expected to play more minutes," said Najera. "I'm trying to get into the rotation. If not, I would like to go somewhere else. This is not a team where I would like to be on the bench. I'm a little upset, not with anybody, but with the situation."

    --------------------------

Now he would be an awesome compliment to Yao. The offense won't be there, but we'll leave that to T-Mac and Yao.

There will be a definite upside in offensive rebounding...

Najera is a nice "energy" player. But we pretty much have him in a much cheaper form with Bowen.

Not a big fan of him either but at this point I would take any kind of hustle we can get.

As long as it was on the cheap, I don't know what his contract is but if he came from Dallas I'm sure it's over bloated.

Great, another defensive player who is a bad shooter(look at his FT%). That should help.

We need talent, not hard-working scrubs!

    Amen.

Najera=Bowen minus being a dirty player.

Except Najera can rebound like a mofo.

I hate the guy. But he'd be a big help getting 20-25 mpg at the 4. Shoot, split him and Padgett 24 each

This is impossible. Didnt NJaraha sign some massive contract like Fisher did?
No way. We have enough overpaid players.

I'd take him in a heartbeat, but for his 6 year deal. THough it is only 4 m per...

So waht if he's only a defensive player? Currently we are entirely without good defensive players at the 4 and 5 spots with the exception of Mutumbo.

I would also take him, he hustles, and plays tough all the time.

He is a great player off the bench to help change the tempo of a game.

Barrett and Najera off the bench would be more fun to watch than the starters.

I would also like him playing for us.

He is dirty, but as long as he's playing for us, I'm ok with that. He can teach our players how to flop. Hey, any turnovers forced is a possession gained, and a great defensive stop. Plus, he can rebound better than our forwards combined.

Having him front Yao in practice would also solve some of our problems.

agree...he is nice a nice BENCH player to come in and give you some hustle but we already have 2 of those in Bowen and Barett. Besides he is undersized and I doubt he can help us on the boards.

If we didn't have Weatherspoon or Bowen I would be all for it but he's not long or athletic enough to man the PF spot for us. He also has no offensive game what so ever which is important since we can't score above 85 points a game.

Will GSW take either Mo or Howard? If yes, I will do it in a heartbeat.
