I don't know if anyone remembers but I posted earlier about the fact of this off-season and how It was boring me. I was concerned because the next few seasons were obviously resigned to re-building without a real chance to go anywhere in the playoffs. Looks like I spoke too soon!.. I don't think that Rice is the final piece or anything like that ..I just feel now there is that unknown that thing that makes me say.."the teams in the West are tough but we made some adjustments." I think Glen Rice is there to ease the transition from Hakeem to the Franchise era. I think CD and Les know this city has to be in the mix ..they need to have that possibility that we could win the trophy again.. will we this year? probably not but.. I sure want to see how teams will stop the drive and dish for the three from Rice plan.. basically Rice has three years.. I think the Rocket organization realizes it will take that long to be back on top with the team we will have.. but in the meantime we have made moves to help us win more games NOW.. so I support Rice.. because we can win more games now because of this move and we are still on the upbeat of rebuilding.. !

    :)
