Yeah, DeRo has been getting behind our defense the whole game. That whole sequence in front of the goal just now was ridiculous. It's a pity that Geoff Cameron's curling shot hit the top corner's crossbar. I hope we can get through this half 1-0, Toronto is really pressuring.
I am happy with this result and can't wait for our road trip of death to end. Interesting that DeRo didn't take that dangerous free kick on the last play of the game and Guevara had it instead. That was a great way to end a game with so much anticipation.

I did not go. Had some friends going but I had some family obligations. Meyer Stadium is nice, but small. I'm betting it was crazy out there.
Same here, I actually was at home flipping channels thinking it would be on 11.2 when it wasn't I went out and on the way home heard most of the end of it while flipping radio channels.
Speaking of the Dynamo, can we get the Houston Sports forum heading to read "Texans, Astros, Dynamos"? The Comets no longer exist at least switch 'em out with the Dynamo, or heck even the Aeros I'd be glad to feed the tipjar for the effort!!
I just got a new job and would be happy to direct some money to the tipjar to make this happen as well. Regardless, I'll toss some once I get my first paycheck.
Dang, can't say much about last night's game except it was good play by both teams. Although it pisses me off, that another game and another former Dynamo player scores on us. Oh well it was just open cup and as nice as it would be to still be in it, it was a strain on the team, playing twice a week.
