eh there is more stress or w/e on the rear tires when turning because they have the entire weight/force of the car on them. the front is whipping the back around which means the rear needs to grip the road better than the front. as for hydroplaning SLOW DOWN when it first begins to ran because all the oil floats on top of the water causing the entire road to be more slippery. also don't drive anything light in the back... pickup trucks and mustangs are notorious for this.
Wow, I think I might get to add a key point about hydroplaning -- never drive with your cruise control on during a rain storm or on a wet road.
