Cops and Robbers is pretty simple. Get two small cups (like coffee cups) and a couple of quarters. Get all the people who are drinking in a circle around a table with their drinks. Hand the cups and quarters to two people who are sitting beside each other. They procede to bounce the quarters until they get them in the cup. Once they get make the shot they pass the cup and quarter to the next person. Whenever a person ends up with both sets of quarters and cups they must drink. Not a fast way to get drunk but can be fun.
