Dream has blown me way over the last 7-9 games.I thought when he hit a Western Conference foe with a big man,we would have problems...and I'm ashamed to say that.I honestly believe now that we can look for this sort of play for the rest of the season. He is finally healthy and things are settled. What an indredible thing it was to see him running the floor like that tonight. He is transporting me back in stretches to nostalgic times and seems to be picking it up. He's taking care of business...a joy to see!..Hopefully he and the Rockets can come to an agreement for the next two years with him taking much less than market value....just curious as to everyone's thoughts. ------------------ the fan formerly known as.... I'd love to see Hakeem stay on next year for a million, but there's very little chance of that happening. Maybe if that Walt, Carlos/Majerle, Ceballos deal went through, we could sign Dream to another year at around 4, 5 mil. Dream shows why we really need someone with presence in the middle. Low-post scoring is nice and all, but not as big as the rebounding and defensive presence Dream's given the Rockets the past number of games. I don't like to contemplate the Rockets next year without Dream, presence in the middle. I don't think Cato cuts it. ------------------
