Funny you mention Duncan, because the draft WAS rigged his year... SA, generally a 50-60 win team, tanks it, and is "lucky" enough to get Duncan at #1... You have just proven that the draft was rigged because Bos had a better mathematical chance (I think) than SA did of getting the #1 pick... I disagree, putting a great player in Boston is far more benificial than putting a great player in San Antonio to the league. The league needs a good Boston Celtics team. The league does not need a good Spurs team.
