Donating a Car?

    I need to get rid of my wife's old car that is stuck in the driveway. I don't remember what is wrong with it but it was going to be around $500 to fix. It's a pretty beat up 1997 Corolla. Probably not worth a dime. I just want it gone.

    Any ideas?

    theres a program that takes cars older than 10 years with updated inspection and registration and gives you a voucher for 3000 or 3500 (if its a hybrid) to buy a new car. it has to be running though.

    What program is that? and if the car is 23 years old will they still take the car. The car runs fine and has a kick ass sound system though.
