There is hardly anyone at Wrinkler, just renewed mine today and there was no one in line. I was there Monday with about five people before me but was not eligible for renewal, dps was not updated on my previous payments.
yea. . always look for the small hiden out of the way ones. Some are nestled in neighborhoods etc Usually in and out in about an hour. why goto the BIGGEST one in Houston. Rocket River
