Here is my favorite dip recipe, made it this weekend and it was very well received: Lil Pun's BLT Dip 8 oz of real mayonaise (NOT MIRACLE WHIP!!!) 4 oz of ranch dressing (NOT DRY MIX) 2 medium or 1 large tomato dice and seeded 1 can/bottle of REAL bacon bits 1 small can of minced/diced black olives, drained 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 cup shredded lettuce (optional) Dash of salt (optional) Dash of pepper (optional) Best served cold with Wheat Thins or Baked Lays Original ENJOY!!! Anybody have any other good dip recipes, I love dip!!!

it can't? (well. it can't be one by itself. you do need the chips. maybe some salsa beside it for variety's sake and to make sure you get your veggies. then it should count.)
Are you kidding me? I can't count the number of times I've drilled through a half bowl of sour cream ranch dip in one sitting...and the artichoke spinach dip at Olive Garden? :::drool:::

I was thinking of dips. Like chins and dips. Good exercises. Is salsa considered a dip. That and queso are the only ones I like. Gravy too, but not that stuff from Papa Johns. It'll kill you.
OK, I hate cheese (except mozzarella on pizza) so do you guys know of any dips with out cheese, please?

I like that but without the milk and with cream cheese...I also like sour cream and Pace Picante Salsa mixed up...That Rocks... BTW, I eat Dips as a meal at least once a week...
