Okay, here's the situation: I recently won some Jazz tickets for tonight which are located right behind the bench of the Jazz players. But the guy who is giving them away received an offer from a client and is willing to give me TWO sets of a pair of tickets, one for the Bobcats on Friday, and one for the Hornets on the 14th (Wednesday). So basically 4 tickets in all, valued at $1360 (Same seats as the Jazz game ~~ behind opponent's bench). I'm not sure if I can make either game, so I'd have the opportunity to make money if I were to sell them. I go to A&M, so convenience is obviously an issue, and due to the fact that I'm a college student, I'm always short on cash. Basically my questions to you guys are.. How marketable would a pair of tickets be for the hornets game ~ valued at $720 (behind the hornets bench)? And what would be the best way to sell them?
You could hook one of us with the tickets if you cant go! I mean the season is basically over so I doubt you could get as much as you like out of it. That dude in the buy sell section is trying to sell his tickets and haven't had any luck Since you got the tickets for free, any money you get out of it would be profit
yeah i just finally sold my tickets, had to go below half of the face value. demand is EXTREMELY low right now, especially for nice tickets. people around here are not wiling to shell out a lot of money (rightfully so, its very expensive), so its pretty tough to get any takers. good luck man!
I go to A&M too, I will take them of your hands! So then you don't need to meet up with anybody to give them away.
Off topic sorry: Where's a good place on College Station/Bryan to watch Rox games? As in good TV's, food atmosphere??
Buffalo Wild Wings on University or The Corner Bar and Grill, which is located on north gate. never watched a Rockets game at either place though, but a lot of people go to those places for sporting events. Im sure they'll turn a screen on the game if you go to either.
