Any team can go over the salary cap.The problem is they will have to pay a luxury tax on any money over the cap. Most owners are not willing to do this. Smeg, Go with the Duke cap. You can't wear the Oiler cap. I have a great looking Rocket's cap that would have looked good but, you can't have it. I have 300+ caps so picking out one that matches isn't a problem. ------------------
