Ok i played ball the other night and i stupidly didnt drink enough fluids. So i went home and took a shower and once i got out i felt soooo bad all over. I thought i was just tired from playing. (BTW i havent played this hard since high school). Once i woke up i felt decent and went to class. I was in class for about 30 min and i started getting dizzy. I stayed through class and went to subway after. Got home to munch on it and i could barely eat. I had to force it down. Right there i knew something was up. So later that afternoon i went to the doctor where they ran a EKG on me and i told him what happened and he said it was dehydration. He said to take 2 days off work and kick back and drink plenty of fluids which i did. (This was on Tuesday) Weds and Thu pass by and i feel fine. Then i wake up today and im dizzy again and could barely eat. I started drinking water and gatorade and i feel good at times and other times im just dizzy and out of it. Should i go see the doc again or does deydration stick around like this? Any responses would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

i've had similar instances before from playing ball and not rehydrating in time as well.....the next day i try to stay off of meat and heavy food in general and just have stuff like bananas/cherries/tomatoes/cucumbers along with lots of lemonade and it somehow gets me back to normal....
