I got to the game right when they sneaked it in. Great finish. UCLA still has a shot.

UCLA has to play at USC, There is no way they are beating USC in LA. UCLA is losing to Washington State 21-0 right now.

If they're not going to beat USC in LA, what difference does it make that the game is home or away?

Cal will beat USC. If not, they will be exposed in the national title game.

USC shouldn't get all the #1 votes any more. Maybe when the computers kick in, they will fall to #2 in the BCS.

Cal isnt as good as they've been in the past couple of years. I think they've got a better chance of losing their next 4 games and missing a bowl than beating USC.

A game to keep an eye on for USC is Fresno St. They could be 8-1 heading into that game and can put some points on the board. They are sandwiched into USC's schedule between Cal and UCLA and will likely be pretty big dogs.

I don't think that will happen. The battle in the BCS is between #2 & #3. Texas and Virgina Tech. They are only .0014 apart in the BCS now.

Exactly. And when it gets that close it is ALL about "quality of opponent". I dont have a schedule in front of me so I dont know who else remains for those teams but I know VTech still has to play Miami and of course the ACC Championship game, probably against Florida St. Texas has to play TTech, A&M and the Big 12 championship game (against maybe Colorado?). It might be very close, but I think Texas will stay #2.

FSU and Penn State losing really helps Texas.
