    Try Nizoral.

It used to be subscription only, but now it's found OTC. Look up Ketoconazole.

Besides using better/different hair products, drink plenty of water, eat healthy, and exercise frequently.

Use a shower cap if you can't discipline yourself from avoiding the stream of hot water from your shower hitting your scalp.

Depending on the type of hair you have, washing every day, every other day, or twice a week may be a better schedule. But if you work out daily, it's better to wash once a day in my experience. Only use a dime-sized amount of shampoo, and when using conditioner don't apply to the roots. American Crew, Kiehl's, and Aveda are good brands.

Try getting a head massage. Besides relieving stress, it's apparently good for your hair.
