Is it me or are we playing the magic and the refs. I don't know if this is always how it is, or if I'm seeing things, but it seems like the refs will do everything they can for the magic to win. I don't know if seeing things but thats how it seems. Maybe this is how it is every time and everybody is just settled with the fact that the NBA is rigged but man this is ridiculous.
It was pretty ridiculous after Howard got the 4 fouls... But then again Scola did pull 2 Hollywood flops on Howard
Well look at it like this... before all the end game fouls happened the count was 24 fouls for rockets to 12 from Magic.
Tony Brothers is terrible. And why did he stop the game to talk to Yao and Howard? Right after that, Yao picks up 3 in a row.
Especially his offensive foul. It wasn't even the case of no contact. It was the case of no apparent contact. Go back to China, Yao. The refs hate you here.
Ref biasm is getting worse and worse and more and more obvious. Stern you have a problem, start by fixing LA Lakers refs.

Race card? Really? Don't be an idiot. This was the refs calling it poorly in our favor the first half, then calling it poorly in favor of the Magic in the second. Whether or not it was an attempt to rectify their ineptitude in the first half, who know?
the referees assigned Yao intentionally, just for some balance, when Howard got 4 fouls Yao was no foul.
It's an even more atrocious free throw disparity when you consider that we had like 15-20 more points in the paint than they did. No website records that stat specifically game by game, but watching the game towards the end of it I noticed that we were dominating them on the paint and wondered to myself how often it was that a team that dominated the paint shot less free throws. Awful job tonight on whole by the officials.
Yao beat Dwight Howard + referees tonight. Oh the best part was, Yao was not even 100% healthy tonight! HAHAHA!
