He hasn't shown much, but he hasn't been given much of an opportunity in the preseason games. On paper, he looks like a keeper: very young, very big.

Brand had one great game. Garnett got his but I remember the Rockets having problems with the TWolves as a whole team, not so much containing KG. The game Duncan got close to 40, didn't Yao guard him most of the time? If not, then yes, Duncan had one great game (1 out of 4? I'll take that). Or maybe two, as I didn't see the last game of the series. And nowitzki, although I don't remember him having any good games against us last year, at least on paper, is the only one that could "just shoot over" Chuck because he doesn't know how to post up anyway. This is also not the best example because I remember Battier guarding dirk some of the time. So if players that are their teams first options (and top players in the league) have a one good or great game out of four and are having subpar games most of the time, that tells something about Hayes' defense.
Seriously, I would cute Mutombo. Dude's clock has ran out and he's not mobile enough to play in this offense. Plus he's a liability outside of the 3 second lane.
Now that Harris is Cut we should cut Sura, Lucas III, Reed and just send Jackie Butler or Novak to the development league. I prefer you send Jackie Butler to the development league. This gives us 15 players on the roster. Jackie Butler is still developing we should be wise with him.
you can only have 15 players max INCLUDING Inactive list AND DLeague. if you send a player to DLeague, he still counts against your roster limit.
