    They said a deal is close to being done with Hakeem and Toronto. Said that it may be announced as early as this week, but it may be put off so Vince can have the spotlights (Extending, Toronto declaring Vince Carter day tomorrow, Chairty golf and all-star bball game)

    They said the deal is still 4 years at $22m over the 4.
