    My girlfriends is needing a credit card and she wants one now.

    Is there one out there with a low fixed APR with no annual fee?

    I am having a hard time finding the right one.

    Pay your bills on time and you don't have to worry about APR.

    No annual fee is easy to find.

    Best out there IMHO is Blue from Amex. I have 3 CC's:

    Blue Amex: High Balance for emergencies. 1.99% apr on all transferred balances from other CC's.
    WaMu CC: Free to check my credit score.
    Shell CITI Platinum: CASH back on GAS purchases.
