Hey AB, didn't you post something a while back about being able to pop your azz one time? You must have...because I remember hearing you on the radio recently and thinking, "Hey, that is Another Brother from cf.net....he can pop his ass!" As for me, I am addicting to crackin everything I can. My favorite thing to pop though is my hip. So far I am only able to do it about once a day, but it feels sooooo good. It is one of those things that hurts at first, but once you feel that crack it makes the pain so worth it.
No, it doesn't hurt or anything. I just press my hand against the side of my face and move my jaw in a side motion and POP!
It doesnt hurt when it pops, the popping actually relieves the pressure. Do you occassionally get headaches or do your neck and shoulders get tense and sore? Do you grind your teeth at night? I went through a period where I had really bad headaches and I finally had to get a mouth guard because of TMJ and it has alleviated a lot of the crap I had. Just watch out for some of the signs.
toes - pulling out and pushing to the side ankles - flexing and extending pops knees - bending and twisting pop hips - involuntary azz - feels like it is at the tailbone back - twisting - no better feeling in the wolrd - also have a trick where I can bear hug from behind and lift to pop a friend's back (use it on all the ladies ) shoulders - involuntary elbows - involuntary fingers - seperate motion to pop every joint wrists - flexing in both directions neck - I do this so much that I have been asked if I have a tic, nervous condition, or turrets syndrome (I also swear a lot)
I have heard that popping either your neck or back actually releases endorphines into your system. i really believe this because sometimes I pop my neck around the base of my shoulders and I feel very relaxed afterwards!!! BTW, Why isn't this a sticky yet?
Stand with your feet at shoulders length apart, concentrate, then squeeze your cheeks together as tightly as you can. If this doesn't work, concentrate on your a-hole, take a deep breath then push...a poot will suffice. BEWARE: VIOLENT LASHING COULD ENSUE. (but you'll feel better)
fingers - pressing down on them, pushing my fingers away from me together, moving them from side to side wrists - flexing wrist in both directions, and in a 360 motion elbows - quickly extend arm, quick pop shoulders - circle arms around back - sitting, press down on knees and stretch back, lean over the edge of a bed or on a few pillows, twisting, and the ever popular push-against-your-wooden-school-desk method. neck - push chin in both directions, then do a 360 neck roll type thing hip - once in a while it'll just pop knee - same as elbow, or sometimes my knee just locks up ankle - roll it around like the wrist toes - pulling them Toes and Neck are my favs.
