alright, so the cowboys play the giants on sunday.... i think everybody knows how big of a game this is (and next week's vs the saints). predictions? also, i'm going to be in houston 1960/6/290 area, where's a good spot to watch the game?
I am just not sold on Romo yet even though everybody else is putting him up on a pedestal. Sure he is 4-1 as a starter but really hasn't played any good competition except the Colts, and I give the defense way more credit in that victory than Romo, and the Panthers, who have been disappointing this season anyway. The other they have played included Tampa Bay, Arizona, and Washington (Loss). The Giants offer Romo a decent test although their defensive backfield is mediocre and they are hurting from multiple injuries and team chemistry issues. Romo has a chance to change my mind though with games against the Giants, Saints, and Falcons upcoming.
Everyone is on Romo's jock, and I have to admit, he's pretty good...It's a chance for him to redeem himself as he played them, albiet only a half... Cowboys: 31 Giants: 27
I hope FOX will show the game here in Houston, since the Texans game is also a 3:00 kick, as is the Cowboys. Cowboys are going to finish off the trainwreck NY ******* giants. i just hope the Cowboys didn't lose any momentum having not played since turkey day, Romo was on such a roll, I think he'll continue to impress, and with a win the Cowboys will pretty much clinch the NFC East and they can focus on a huge game vs. the Saints next week.
If the Giants lose this game, Coughlin is a dead coach walking. If he can't take them to the Promised Land, the guy isn't worth having as a coach. It's so obvious the players hate him and don't respect him.
Where does that a-hole Tom Coughlin think he can act like such a tough jackass and get respect from his team? Who does he think he is Bill Parcells, Bill Belichick?? Coughlin has never done jack, and he'll be fired.
What does FOX have to do with the TEXANS? Fox will NOT play an AFC road game, CBS does. Darn it, how I am the only one who seems to know this about the NFL? Road Games TV: CBS has AFC, FOX has NFC.
there was no bigger 19-10 proponent than me. but we got our collective ass handed to us the last time we matched up in a game that mattered. 19-10 is dead. a nice memory, but it seems like ancient history, now.
well...it's still their biggest win to date. So, it's kind of embarrassing to keep saying it if you ask me. Twenty years later...19 - 10. Doh!!!
can't i live off that memory? it's the only thing i have going in my life. with out it i cease to exist. that 19-10 blast up there was just a sarcastic one. We got blown up by the Cowboys. It sucks. I hate it. F Dallas, and the Cowboys. did i mention 19-10?
The funny thing is, while watching this and the Texans game. This has been more entertaining....but there's more points scored in the Texans game.
