somewhere Mango is crying but... sorry i have to start one of these. i think i have some spyware on my computer. most of it doesn't really both me. but there is one that must have gotten on there recently that CWS shredder and spybot won't catch. every once in a while the computer runs c:/window/dl.html, which then runs some executable webpage. so if i leave the computer on for a while like overnight when i come back there's like dozens of pages minized at the bottom, and one or two executables. a search on google turned up a description. it's called the something LAMEDON trojan... anyway... so i go into my registry and search for you know suspicious entries but i don't think i did a good job of that. and then i went into c:/windows and deleted dl.html, but i think later on it just regenerates. spooky huh. advice?
C:\windows ? Huh? Are you having sex without condoms? Anything less than Win2K is like playing with fire
haha i'm running win ME right now because my computer crashed a while ago and i re-formated, normally i will install both ME and XP on my two hard drives. but then i was too lazy to install XP after installing ME first. sex without condoms... haha.
