I just tried downloading a program from emule to convert mp3.

Now my anti-virus program wont load .. and I cant add/remove it also.

I tried installing a new one but it wont load.

    My Spybot wont open also.

The computer seems fine rite now, no lag but I KNOW there's a VIRUS in my computer now.

How do I try to remove it? I tried going into SAFE MODE (F8) rite?

but it keeps loading straight to my window.

    any advice?

try to download malawerbytes anti-malware. if it won't let you, go to another computer and download it on a flash stick and open your computer in Safe Mode and download it and run it.

Dude, most likely your system is jacked up to the point where it's not worth trying to repair. Back up all your valuable data NOW. Use a Linux LiveCD if you are unable able to do so within Windows. Then clear your hard drive and reinstall Windows.

Try system restore to go to an earlier date before you waste any more time.

    Ok

I decide to just reinstall the whole window OS ... but I went into bios

and changed all the BOOT to [CD ROM]

and it still keeps loading up my WINDOW!

(We have a free Window 7 upgrade from school, but I never did it because I had alot of school works on my computer, but I figure mine as well re-install first)

Try start->Run-> type 'mrt' in the box, hit Enter.

    Run the scan.

    See if that helps.

When I tried to go the malawerbytes anti-malware website

    my IE just shuts off!

and I tried reinstall my WINDOW ... but it keeps on going from

"Press any key to BOOT from CD"

to just loading up my WINDOW again!

Do I need to make any other changes in my BIO?

I remember one time someone told me to change something to [IDE] in bios but I believe is already set on that.

....... running the "mrt" scan rite now just to see.

Sorry, I will be of no help as I've offically taken the stance of no longer trying to "fix" virus/spyware/malware issues. I can normally deal with losing everything on my drive, I back up the stuff that I absolutely need multiple ways.

Try the normal spyware/virus things, google searches, if all else fails... fresh copy of XP/Windows 7 works nicely.

    Uuummmm

When it shows Press any key, do you *actually* press a key?

By it showing you that message means it sees a bootable CD in your drive, so theoretically you should be able to just press a key at that point and it *should* boot the CD

    Yeah, this.

See if the mrt scan helps, if not, make sure you actually hit a key when it says to press any key. That way it will know to boot to the cd

You can also get it to restart in safe mode from normal mode by going Start-> Run-> and typing "MSCONFIG" and then fiddling with the startup options.

download and install killbox. this program will prevent any program from opening. find the infected file to kill it. then you can open other programs that can actually remove it. killbox has saved me so much time, especially when my pc would get infected with "antivirus" pro.

After you get rid of the virus, I recommend NOD32.

why do you need to go to safe mode?

copy the file from a jumpdrive or whatever you have it onto your desktop and run it once, then restart into safe mode, and run it again.

if it doesn't let you run it, rename it to a program that the virus does let you run. For instance, if the virus is letting you open ie, change malwarebytes to iexplore.exe - then run it. (just remember to change it back later).
