Does anybody know how to view a picture with a .mix file extension? I have tried all of my programs but can't get the damn things to open. I had some pictures from Enron sent to me but I can't open them up. Can anybody help? ------------------
mix is a microsoft format. "Picture It" should work. If you want to email me one, I'll see if I can read it and convert it to a JPG. ------------------
bobrek PhotoShop can convert most graphic files from one format to another. My question is can it read .mix files and convert to .jpg or .tif? or what about illustrator ------------------ Everything you do, effects everything that is.
The mix format is one that allows you to bring the picture back into Picture It (or MS PhotoDraw) and perform editing. I would think that Adobe PhotoShop would be smart enough to handle it, but since it is a MS format, who knows? ------------------
