My desktop computer will not progress beyond a certain point when booting. It will finish the memory test and freeze. I can't even get into the BIOS.

I saw that the first screen has "Vdd" colored in red. I tried rebooting a few times and the numbers range between 1.1 - 1.3V. What is normal range supposed to be? This makes me think it's a power supply problem.

quit overclocking the processor. should do the trick. if you cant get into the bois you are going to have to reset the eprom which requires a jumper shift, that is if you can find the eprom on the motherboard shift the jumper one pin in the opposite direction to left or right. You should have three pins in a row. Ofcourse this might not be the problem at all. Let me know.
