So I'm surfin around like 5 minutes ago, had a few windows open on Firefox some with credit card and bank account stuff, ESPN radio DC John Thompson show, and the BBS....anyhow, if feels like I'm struggling all of a sudden with my laptop touchpad controls. The window tries to close, but the reminder that says tabs are open prevents Firefox from closing. It feels like someone is moving my mouse to the Start Settings Control Panel.

I have Windows 2000 by the way.

Anyhow, I quickly manually took out the Wireless Adaptor. And now I'm back online through my neighbor's Wireless Router...so I think I'm okay for now.

So, am I in trouble...what can i do? I've cleared all cache and cookies from the IE and Firefox. What can I look for?

By the way...I'm not too woried if they have access to my finances...I'm so poor...lol, I can see them getting online orders of $50 rejected for over limit...ha.

But seriously, I still wouldn't like it if they had my info.

Sure it wasn't just your touch-pad giving you ****? Mine tends to do that every now and then where I have to struggle to get it to do what I want.... Was the mouse moving even when you had your hands off away from the touch pad?

It happened so fast I can't remember if I ever had my finger off the touch pad. But it just really felt like someone else was doing stuff, especially because they were trying to clos Firefox and open another window from the control panel...a little too weird to be random.

    Do you have a firewall?
Also scan for viruses and ad-ware on your pc.
