I have seen their ads, but don't know much about the computer itself.

I was able to configure this one. It seems like a good deal.

Any thoughts or experience with ibuypower.com?
The cost is $1964. It has free shipping and handling plus a free 1 gig flash drive.

Is there anything I am missing or need to change, or don't really need?

As long as the cooling system is under warranty then that is a nice computer.

I think you can get a similar machine from Dell for less.

Almost the exact same configuration, without the cooling, Windows, or the warranty, would cost you under 1600 bucks in parts from Newegg.com.

my brother bought a laptop from them a few years back, and never had problems with it

he tells me that it was a beast when it came to multi tasking, but that is not relevant because you are buying a pc. i would kill for a computer with those specs though.
