Almost the exact same configuration, without the cooling, Windows, or the warranty, would cost you under 1600 bucks in parts from Newegg.com.
my brother bought a laptop from them a few years back, and never had problems with it he tells me that it was a beast when it came to multi tasking, but that is not relevant because you are buying a pc. i would kill for a computer with those specs though.
