Most people rip Tracy for his inability to get out of the first round of the playoffs, but he actually has the 7th highest career playoff PER in the history of the game. http://www.basketball-reference.com/leaders/per_career_p.html

it depends, are they being compared to when they were young...if they are than I list them like this:

Tracy McGrady (when young, he was the most talented player in the NBA :D )
Steve Francis(when young, He was the most athletic Point ever, even more than Rose :D )
    Paul Millsap
    Kobe
    Equal
    Kevin Durant(carmelo is seriously overrated)
    Equal
    Equal
    Deron Williams
    D. Wade
    JeVale McGee
    Dirk
    Lamar
    Dwight
Kidd(when young, he was a better passer than Paul, plus more size)
P.S. is just my opinion, peace out!!! :D
