Cold weather can go back to where it belongs... the north. We live in Houston. It's a swamp. Cold front... you need to get to steppin.
This crap just got all the way to the coast. It is just plain nasty. That's the real problem. I love it when it's cool or cold and dry. This cold rain just sucks.

Winter is the ONE thing I miss about North Texas. I love cold winters. I remember returning a camera to the R/TV/F office when it was frozen over and snowing. I love cold winters. =D Y'all need to head up to UNT. Outside Fry Street (bars, clubs, etc.) there are TONS of girls in WICKED short skirts. UNT + TWU = lots of girls in a small drinking town with a college problem. I once saw a girl in a TINY shirt and SHORT skirt when it was 18 degrees out. Really.
I love hot weather more than anyone, but even I was getting tired of 80 and higher temperatures in freaking October. So, yea I am ready for cool weather - but not too cool. As long as the temperatures stay from 40 to 70, I will be very happy. Anything lower than that or higher than that now makes me unhappy.
There is nothing worse than cold and wet. Houston in February is HELL IMO. This is why I moved to the desert. Warm and dry in the summer, cool and dry in the winter. No rain. I love it.
Cold weather rules! We just need some rain and temp @ 32F or below .... Its Houston so everything comes to a halt...cancel work, school, etc....party time!
It's funny when the first front that brings weather just a little bit chilly to this part of Texas. Everyone over reacts and raids their closets for their warmest winter clothes. Relax, people. It's in the 60's.
Feels GREAT outside. Not real cold, but windy and overcast. Very Christmas-like.... at least if you grew up in Houston. I stopped at the store on the way home and, just for a minute, felt like I was Christmas shopping. It was nice. Hopefully it will get colder once these clouds dissipate.

I love the cold. The only good thing about the hot weather was those bbq's and outdoor sports. Also the winter is always a romantic time for me and my gf where we can cuddle up and such and her nips are always hard as a rock.
