good riddance, i say....the next time i hear an idiotic leigh montville commentary about how the iditarod is better than football, cycling is the next big sport, or bowling involves more athletic ability than we could ever imagine, i'm throwing my tv through the window.....

How will that AOL/NBA channel be any different than the NBA.com channel on digital cable and sattelite?

I'm pretty sure they're going to share quite a lot of content, and CNN/SI/AOL/NBA won't be channel 205 nomo'...

This also means we'll be seeing quite a lot of Carlos Diaz soon. Or, as I call him, "Satan."

I used to call Don Henley "Satan," but times are changing.

Incidently, or otherwise, 5-15 is my birthday.

supposed to be actual games instead of just news and highlights. i guess this is because ABC is planning to air less games than NBC does now. they're still working out the kinks in the deal.

Is this channel going to be a basic cable channel or will it be a digital/premium channel?
