This is really uncalled for. I don't know you; I don't care what race you are. If you can't cite some evidence to back-up your bizarre claim, I expect an apology. I am reporting this post to the moderators. This is incendiary and a personal attack. you should be ashamed of yourself. EDIT: It is unclear to me if you were insulting me or rhadmanathus. Either way, your remarks are uncalled for. If we can't disagree with some civility we need not be here.
Because it is off the cuff means he doesn't have to keep his word? Even if you are correct that it was off the cuff, why would that excuse him from living up to his word? How low are your standards for this president?
It doesn't matter whether Clinton lied before or not. He did and the facts proved that Clinton was lying. This time the facts prove that he wasn't lying.
It looks like an off-the-cuff remark; thus, it should not count against Saint Bill. Same thing about the grand jury testimony thingy.
He is talking to me. He is so peeved at me joking about his silly game in the thread I linked to, that he lied about me, in order to impress you. Sad really. But he is ignored now, so I'm through with that.
That's true. I keep forgetting that if you say something off the cuff, it just doesn't count. We can all say anything off the cuff, and not follow through with it and it won't mean a thing. That is doubly true if we are talking about the President of the United States who is the Commander-in-Chief of the armed services speaking before the nation about bringing to justice to the head of the group that destroyed the WTC on 9/11. I can't believe people are actually trying to hold the guy to something he said he was going to do... off the cuff.
this guy ramawhatever has been hounding me for months about my race...he's super obsessed....so I wouldn't put much stock into what he says.....
That didn't come out of the blue. It happened because you tried to bring your race up as part of a discussion, and then it came up that you were lying about it. Once that happened it doesn't seem far fetched that it will be revisited from time to time.
I don't think anyone is obsessed with your race, but people are going to remember your lying and game playing for a long time.
It was a mistake to bring up my race as part of the discussion, and I totally regret mentioning my race here as soon as I did, I realized it would be used against me in how my arguments were formulated. No one should mention their race on here. I'd rather be called a liar and such then be judged on my race where my race should have no relevance. These guys however bring it up constantly....but I've guessed I've learned how to use the ignore functionality on this site. Kinda sad, but it works pretty well.
Sigh. I'll break my own rule here and respond one last time to NY... Ummmmm no. The only thing being used against you is your absolutely assinine attempt to impersonate an indian-american person to defend racism againt indians. It really does not matter. Well, now you've blatantly lied twice. No one has ever judged you based on your race (whatever that is today). As such, you're really just making it worse.
again, since my race is unknown, you don't if I was lying or not. I just don't want my race to be known - why can't you respect that?
Goodness! I missed all that stuff until you pointed it out that is pretty bad and d*mning Thread that seriously hurts his Credibility Lying to win and argument is NEVER a good thing and destroys you in all other Arguments Rocket River
It's very simple. First you said you were Indian, then you said you werent' Indian. One of those statements is a lie. For someone who said they don't care about their credibility on this BBS you sure seem to spend a lot effort trying to shore yours up.
The line that "saddam had a role in 9/11", preached to the troops in Iraq, while the same administration published reports proving it false. But that's besides the point - I still want to see proof that Clinton's reality is crumbling.
I didn't lie to win an argument, I lied because I didn't want my race to be involved in the argument. Get it? After I made the mistake of revealing my race, I had people calling me twinkie and all sorts of things. I didn't like that. So I decided the best course was to say I was "lying" so that my race could be annoymous once again. However; I didn't anticipate these little gnats making a big issue of it. I figured they would let it go and my race would be annoymous once again. Who thought people on the net could be so obsessed with something?
first you tried to defend someones racist remark, then you were debated into a corner then you said something about your race, then you were debated into a corner again then you said you lied about, and now you are debated into a corner again and now you're saying you lied when you said you were lying about it? whats next?
