Clint would be great but he’s an expiring next season. Giving up anything of significant value makes no sense. If Tate and 2nds doesn’t get it done, I’m pretty sure we don’t have a better alternative without giving up something too valuable. I agree with the folks who are suggesting we focus on lower cost alternatives like Biyombo.

That whole era was a letdown. All hype, then playoffs choke fests. I disliked Harden more than Westbrook. Those games he went 2 for 22 or 3 for 20 on 3 PT shots were disgusting to watch.

Nah, their mistake was thinking Harden could ever be a team player. He had problems with Howard, Paul, and Westbrook. It was all about him, his ISO, and his stat padding back then.

We traded everybody. I get it, you liked Harden. I just couldn't stand his slow ball dribble dribble ISO, that big nasty beard, and his lazy ass defense at times. Different strokes for different folks.
They only traded everyone else once they realized that was the worst trade in rockets history and one of the worst in nba history. Big difference between going with what was originally planned to welp to some of the worst years ever in rockets history and you wont see anyone lead the rockets to the type of success and level of play for a very long time.
