I can confirm the reports that the opening is sometime next week. I called up Fry's and the only answer they would tell me is sometime next week, no matter how hard I pressed. I was told that "no one knows the exact date". What a bunch of B.S. over a store opening. You would think they would want to be willing to share information such as when they will or will not be open. B
It is just south of the Cineplex, which is just south of Nasa Road One. And, for the discussion, I'm eating Pei Wei tonight.

No crazy specials. In fact, it does not even have some of the sales the weekend paper listed because they expired yesterday.
It wasnt even advertised in their ad today in the Sports section that they were even going to open, weird....
All I can say is that the Fry's in Austin just got me an Nintendo DS for my 13 year old's Christmas, saving the day. I had stopped by a couple of weeks ago to see if they had one, and they said they didn't, and wouldn't have any for awhile, unless they got lucky. Someone said I could put my name on a reserve list, just in case. I figured I'd never hear a thing from them. Yesterday morning, I get a call saying they had it for me, if I picked it up that day. I just became a big fan.
