Not to Resurrect any old threads but ...
Here are some of my Classic Favorites
    From "A Star is Burns"
Burns: "Smithers , Are they booing me?"
    Smithers: "Umm ... No they're saying Boo-erns! Boo-erns!"
Burns (to crowd) Are you saying Boo! or Boo-erns?
    Crowd: "BOO! BOO!"
    Hans Moleman " I was saying Boo-erns"

This line just has me in stitches every time I hear it , Some jokes last for a few times , This one is Classic .

One of my favorites, partly becuase the episode is not played all that often, is when Homer goes into the kitchen in the middle of the night, and eats 64 slices of American cheese. When the morning rolls around, Lisa (or was it Marge?) asks him if he ate all the cheese and he replies, "I think I'm blind."

    Classic.

the best one i think is when they are going to the monster truck rally but lisa has an orchestra recital first. anyways they go watch the kids play and flanders is sitting by them. flanders kid has a solo come up. flanders starts crying out of tears of happiness and homer goes

"cheer up flanders he's not that bad"

There are SO many, but here's one I was just laughing about:

One of my favorite lines came from this season when the tree was cut down and the log barrelled through town knocking over all sorts of stuff.

Homer: Not Kentucky Fried Panda! It's finger Ling-Ling good!

I like a line from earlier this season. After founding new springfield, the town members are sitting around under their sign. Homer says (paraphrasing) "Now we're officially a town. We just need to sit back and wait for an NFL franchise to come calling." A man walks up and says, "I couldn't help but overhear you, I represent the Arizona Cardinals." Homer "Keep walking"

For some reason I didn't remember this one the last time a Simpsons thread surfaced, but here goes:

Bart walks through the shooting area and sees a script coach with
    Rainier.

    Coach: Up and atom!
    Rainier: Up and at them!
    Coach: Up and atom!
    Rainier: Up and at them!
    Coach: [annoyed] Up and atom!
Rainier: [louder] Up and at them!
    Coach: [covers his eyes] Better.
-- McBain misses the point, "Radioactive Man"

    and...
A couple of camera crew members walk into Bart's room, smashing a
spotlight into the alcove around the door.

Homer: Guess what, kids? They're going to pay us $50 a day to film
    some of the movie here.
Crewman: Yeah, we'll run that cable through here.
    [starts hammering into the wall]
Homer: Careful, now -- [turns around] Hey! Didn't you direct
    "Unnatural Discretion"?
    Director: [modest] Yes, I did.
Homer: [holding his news] Phew-ee! Woo! Oh! You know, I never
walk out of a movie, but -- yecch!
Assistant: Ahem, I've got an idea Mr. Simpson. Why don't you get
something to eat from our food truck?
[Homer flies off; a cloud of dust retains his form]
Mist -- Mr. Simpson? [pokes at dust]
-- Cartoon physics revisited, "Radioactive Man"
