I'm a big fan of Taco Bell, have it every time I'm at the mall. Great stuff, love evrything except for one thing... THE CINNAMON TWISTS ARE AWFUL! They're cold and hard, not warm and soft like they should be. They never put enough cinnamon on and the "twists" have no flavour which normally wouldn't be a probelm but becaus of the stingy amount of cinnamon on them all I taste is air with a slight bit of cinnamon. The only good thing about them is that they are cheap and I find are more filling then some of their tacos. I've sent emails complaining asking them to make some changes or just get rid of this disgrace for the menu, I haven't gotten a response. Not even a standard "we appreaciate your service and look forward to fixing this probelm." email from a computer. Anyone else feel the pain? Have some suggestions on what, if anything, I could do about this?
To be honest, I didn't know they still sold those. The apple empanadas are the better dessert choice, if they still have them. Their nachos should be a better option then they are. Little bag of chips with a tiny cup of cheese. More chips, more cheese, and how about some salsa.
take it up with the Taco Bell at your local mall. clearly, you know the way "they should be" and your standards aren't being met.
The cinnamon twist are essentially FRIED noodles. How do you expect them to be soft? Taco Bell's Cinnamon Twists Ingredients: 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon Rotinni noodles (you must use a rice based noodle) 3 cups oil, peanut oil preferred Cooking Directions: Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and mix well. Heat oil to about 500 degrees, be careful not to let the oil smoke. When the oil is hot enough, drop a handful of uncooked noodles, dropping only a few at a time. Deep-fry for 30 seconds. You will know when they are done because they will sink to the bottom and then resurface. Place cooked noodles on some paper towels so they can drain. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mix over them.
Actually, my doctor says I'm underweight. I really should be fat, but I'm one of those people who just eat and eat and don't gain a pound
Those nachos do look awful, and my friend got one of those apple empanadas and said it was awful. To be honest, all of their sides stink so I usually jsut end up getting an extra taco with my value meal
here's a novel idea. buy meats, spices, and taco shells, add lettuce tomato cheese and sour cream, and you've get fresh homemade healthy tacos.
