This link from RealGM doesn't give us much of a chance, unless Webber just wants to come here straight up. Click on the Orlando link & read their possible sign & trade proposal. What concerns me is that we won't be able to offer a good enough package of players & picks to Sacramento for a sign & trade. We can't throw in all of our #1 picks or we won't be able to fill other holes on the team. I know that the team has pulled off surprise deals in the past, but given Cato's lackluster play & Walt's inconsistency, what do we have to offer?

People say that he won't come here because he wants to play for a contender. A team that nearly made the playoffs and adds the mvp of the west could very easily be a contender... plus if he is so worried about playing for a contender then he might as well stay in sacramento..

Who are you sayig that is a steal for, the team getting or getting rid of Kobe? Cuz I say both the Mavs and the Rockets would get screwed if they had a ball hog like Kobe on their team, especially the Mavs.
