gordon and heinrich are probably both off the shelf

    how about duhon...? anyone....?

his shot is a little suspect, but he's a solid defender

Did you know that the Chicago Bulls have the best FG% defense in the league at 41.2%?

If Duhon would be worth anythign in a trade, then we should be getting loads in a trade for Taylor or Howard.

I mean, Royal Ivey is as good a defender as Duhon, if not better. Duhon is the better passer, slightly. These are guys that are going to be in the NBA for 2-3 years tops, bouncing around from team to team. We're not quite to those depths yet..

100 % chance if Rockets trade Yao for one of them.

the rockets would rather sign NBDL guys (like Knight) instead of making trades. Why you ask... well, the Chronicle said that the Rockets want to keep their first round pick this year (so that is out) and Chicago is not interested in taking Mo or Howard's contracts (with Chandler and Robinson playing decently).

If they would take a second rounder - that could be OK... but again, the ROckets would rather sign short term guys (Knight, Barrett) for backup duties and keep their picks

Bulls win again! Marbury and the Knicks choke again!

Oh and we can't get any of those guys.

what do we have to offer? we won't trade yao, tmac, sura, wesley, barry, deke, padgett, or ward (because JVG loves him).

that leaves Jho, mo, spoon, gaines, bowen, and AB. JVG seems to like bowen and AB. Jho has been playing well but not well enough to make anyone want his long contract. spoon is injured and mo does nothing but earn 8 million a year....what can we get for gaines?

the only assets we have to hit the trade block with is our pick and the TE. it doesn't seem like CD wants to part with the pick, and i know that les doesn't want to use the TE.

we are, at least for the moment, stuck.

I watched the game. Gordon had a great 4th with 13 points including the game winning running hook with 0.01 second left. Captain Kirk almost had a tripple double.

Trade suggestions like these are senseless. It is like a Chicago fan will open a thread in their fan forum and suggest that they try to pry away Yao Ming or tmac from us before the trade deadline. Yeah that is how laughable this thread is.

Why did you say that? I don't think that Chicago want YAO.

Hinrich is the closest thing to John Stockton in the league right now. Kid has a lot of poise and is a lot tougher than he appears to be.

    I hate Stockton.

But Hinrich can't touch him yet. He's been very up and down...if he playedl ike he has the last 2 weeks all year...then you could maybe say "he's the closest to Stockton". Until then, can't even mention them together, imo

I would rather draft Aaron Miles using the 2rd round pick in the coming draft instead of spending $$ on Duhon. I will only take him for future 2rd round draft picks.

LOL. Stockton is one of the 5 best PGs of all time in the league. Hinrich is an excellent combo guard in his second season in the NBA, and yet you are already putting him in the same sentence as Stockton?

The same goes with Lebron vs. MJ comparison. We will talk after Lebron leads his team to 3 (instead of 6) titles, otherwise the debate is moot.

Except for Yao & TMac, everyone on your list can be traded for Hinrich. The problem is that Captain Kirk's stock is very high right now and Chicago won't bite the bait even if you offer JVG's lover (Ward).;)

Of course Hinrich is not in Flopton's class just yet, but his poise on the court reminds me of Stockton more than anyone else. The guy really knows how to run an offense and he's tough as a nail. I think that anyone who enjoys great PG plays can see the beauty of Kirk Hinrich.
